Mango Halwa is a delicious Indian dessert perfect in mango season. Just with a few ingredients we will have very scrumptious halwa and kids will love this dessert.
INGREDIENTS
Ghee 3 tbsp
Semolina 4 tbsp
Pistachios 1 tbsp
Almonds 1 tbsp
Jaggery (powder) 4 tbsp
Warm Water 1 cup
Mango Puree 1 cup
Mango cubes garnish
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add semolina and cook till brown.
2. Add pistachios and almond. Saute for 8 mins on medium flames.
3. Add jaggery, warm water and cook for 2-3 mins.
4. Add mango puree, saute for 3 mins.
5. Remove in Serving bowl.
6. Garnish with mango cubes and almonds.
7. Ready to serve.
