The Australian Raven

An Australian Raven calls to communicate with its mate. They occupy a territory of approximately 120 hectares and need to often communicate over long distances. Their voices are a familiar part of scenery in the arid Australian countryside. During nesting season other birds are often seen harassing the ravens because they steal their eggs. Ravens often annoy golfers because they steal their golf balls thinking they are eggs and drop them from a height hoping to crack them open. I think the golfers get the last laugh!!
