Ingredients: All Purpose Flour- 1.5 Cups ( 190 g) CoCoa powder- 1/3 Cup ( 40g) Sugar- 1 Cup ( 200 g) Baking Powder-1 Teaspoon Baking Soda- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt- 1/4 TSP Egg - 2 ( At room temperature) Oil-1/4 Cup (60 ml) Butter Milk - 1 Cup ( 250 ML) Butter Milk Substitute: Milk- 1 Cup (250 ml) Lemon juice/ Vinegar- 1 Tablespoon Mix and let it rest for 5- 10 minutes Baking: Bake it in a preheated (10 minutes) oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
