ABSURD. Liberals Vote To Protect ArriveScam Double-Dippers.

Liberals opposed my motion to prevent ArriveScammers from double-dipping, but it passed anyways. One of the contractors for the ArriveScam app was given $7.9 million AT THE SAME TIME as he was employed by the government. He even received contracts from HIS OWN DEPARTMENT. The whole point of government contracting is to compensate for a LACK of internal expertise. Contracting the work out to government employees makes NO SENSE.
