Australian report exposes Israeli attacks on Gaza aid workers
According to an Australian government report, serious failures involving “mistaken identification” and failure to follow movement plans were what led to the “grave mistake” that claimed the lives of seven foreign aid workers, including Australian Zomi Frankcom.
Zomi Frankcom was one of seven foreign World Central Kitchen (WCK) aid workers in Gaza who were killed by Israeli air strikes which hit its convoy of aid vehicles travelling through Gaza on April 1.
