INSANE CALORIE KILLER 10000 STEPS INDOOR WALKING WORKOUT | STEP & SWEAT DAY 10

Welcome to the last day of STEP & SWEAT 10 day indoor walking challenge. Huge congratulations if you completed all ten day. You should be few pounds lighter and feel very accomplished:) In this workout we will hit that 10,000 steps target in just over an hour. The tempo of this workout might be much faster than what you might be used to so please go at your own pace. It is fun, very sweaty and you are guaranteed to lose lots of calories. For your reference I burned 560kcal in this workout. The timer is on for 60s this time, just to keep the moves a bit varied and we have 2 x 30s breaks so make sure you rehydrate. This workout is a lot faster than what you might be used to so place go at your own speed and feel free to use your own music.
