Geraldo Rivera ending show at Cleveland’s WTAM 1100; final show to air Friday

Nearly four years after arriving in Northeast Ohio, Geraldo Rivera is hanging up his headphones at WTAM 1100. On Tuesday, the longtime talk show host announced that the final episode of his daily show, “Geraldo in Cleveland“ will air on Friday, April 1. In a post on its website, WTAM cited an increased travel schedule for the Fox News Network, as well as additional projects, as the reasons for the end of Rivera’s show, which has aired from 9-10 a.m. ET on weekdays since September 2018. Announcing the end of his show alongside WTAM program director Ray Davis on Tuesday, Rivera referenced a change in his show that had occurred following the deterioration of his friendship with former United States President Donald Trump, who was the first guest on his show.
