Elon Musk Just SHOCKED Everyone With This Record-Breaking Rocket! In its efforts to cut the cost of space travel and reuse rockets, SpaceX has reached a new milestone in its quest. On a Falcon 9 rocket that had previously flown 18 times, the business successfully launched 23 Starlink broadband satellites, thereby breaking the record for the most flights by a single booster. At twelve thirty-three minutes past the hour Eastern Standard Time (0533 GMT), the historic launch took place at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Saturday, December 23. The faded NASA ’worm’ emblem from that occasion was still present on the first stage of the Falcon 9, which made its debut in May 2020 on the Demo-2 Crew Dragon mission. This mission carries astronauts for the very first time. Approximately 65.5 minutes after liftoff, the seasoned rocket successfully delivered all 23 Starlink satellites to low Earth orbit (LEO). The rocket’s performance was perfect. There were backup launch options available for SpaceX until Saturday at three in the morning Eastern Standard Time (0800 UTC). According to the 45th Weather Squadron at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, the weather conditions were expected to be suitable for the launch. There was a sixty to seventy percent chance that the weather would be acceptable. The thick cloud layer and the principles governing cumulus clouds were the primary sources of concern. Eight years have passed since SpaceX’s first orbital-class rocket successfully landed. Since that time, the company has continued to make substantial advancements in the technology of reusable rockets.
