Terry Notary’s Beautiful Escape

Anger, anxiety and happiness are embodied through Terry Notary’s ape-like performance as Oleg, the monkey-imitating artist from Ruben Östlund’s art-world-satire The Square. In this film, directed by Naomi Itkes and Annika Aschberg, the character visits the exhibition The Beautiful Escape at CFHILL Art Space in Stockholm.
