Berdyansk Issuing Passports and Interview with Soviet Citizens

During my visit to Berdyansk I witnessed the issuing of passports to citizens of the city: Vasily Baranenko (chief of Internal Affairs Directorate in Berdyansk and Berdyansk District) Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhia region said the following: - About 2,000 passports have been issued; - 50% of employees remain after working under Ukrainian authority; - Passports are issued within up to 3 months (de-jure), within 1 month (de-facto); - Citizens appeal for passports voluntarily; - Appeals are received from any citizen of Ukraine. Also, a referundum will be held, like in Melitopol
