Second councillor quits Safe Surrey Coalition

Surrey City Councillor Brenda Locke says she’s leaving the Safe Surrey Coalition over what she calls the Mayor’s ‘my way or the highway’ approach. Andrea Macpherson tells us she is the second councillor to walk away from the party.
