MARGUS PALOLILL - Carpenter, Cabinetmaker

Margus Palolill was born and raised in south-east Estonia, where a culturally distinct orthodox Setomaa is situated. He studied environmental sciences in the University of Tartu and did a master’s degree in geology. During his studies he took interest in southern Estonian massive clay buildings and his primary field of research in the university were the contents and characteristics of various clay materials used in old traditional clay buildings in Setomaa.
