In this video, an ER Nurse came to see me because she was experience a lot of upper body and shoulder pain. The pain she experiences in her shoulders and tight chest is due to the physicality of being in the emergency room requires a ton of movement through the shifts. As she gets older, the pain has become a lot worst so it was time for her to see what she can do to alleviate the pain. We worked on the shoulders and chest area to help relieved the shoulder pain.
