Starter session: 1-hour Breathwork Music (Holotropic /Connective /Rebirthing)
I find this playlist a good one to start out with. It’s aimed at ~ 30 minutes of active breathing and ~30 minutes of relaxed breathing (so a bit shorter than my typical sessions), and the music touches on a range of different emotions that you might want to look into further.
Please note: While breathwork is generally safe to practice on your own, I personally would only recommend doing so after you have done a few sessions with a good guide/coach. First of all to make sure you are secure in your breathing technique, and second to check that you are comfortable integrating the emotions and insights that may come up throughout a session. If you don’t feel ready to do breathwork on your own, make sure you have a trusted person there with you who can guide/hold space for you!
