I used patreon money to buy an import clone of a DOD Gonkulator and what showed up might be too close for comfort. I actually asked Tom Cram (dod/digitech guy) and he said the OEM claims they have nothing to do with it and that they suspect its the result of dumpster diving by another factory. Seems like a big mystery to me.
