Retrofuturism 1

I have learned a new word: retrofuturism - the nostalgia for a future that hadn’t happened. Nostalgia for a time when everybody believed that technology will solve all problems and better design will create a better society. The music that is made today under this label, inspired by early electronic music and the work of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop reminded me of some tracks that I had created years ago and forgot.
