Here’s the training prescription from the Cal Strength Elite Weightlifting Program:
👉 Complete a Snatch single at 93%, 96% and 98% of your 1RM Snatch.
👉 Complete a Clean & Jerk single at 93.5%, 98%, 100.5%*
*Depends on Snatch success IF you only Snatch 96%, then your Clean & Jerk Progression is 94.5%, 98%, 100.5%
