I always find time to make large or small Charcuterie boards, whether for a casual Sunday afternoon snack or for holiday entertaining.
I love that they are quick and easy to make, no cooking required, and they are so much fun! The term “charcuterie“ refers to the preparation of cold cuts such as prosciutto, bacon, salami, etc., but nowadays when people talk about cold cuts, they usually mean a fun meat and cheese board, which usually includes cold cuts, a variety of cheeses, crackers, nuts , fruit and vegetables and sauces or spreads.
