This morning for breakfast I’ve got a Jewish pastrami and hummus at “Dickman’s Deli“. It is located in Petrograd Side, the most bourgeois district of St Petersburg, Russia. Pastrami considered as the main dish at “Dickman’s Deli“. It is a local product from New York City brought there by Jewish migrants from Bessarabia. There is bread, sauce and a lot of meat in pastrami sandwich. However, under the external simplicity these sandwiches seem to have hides a complicated process of meat cooking. Beef brisket
