The film shows Japanese POWs being debriefed at a prison camp. This is circa 1942-1945. Opening titles: Prisoner Of War Interrogation Procedures (:08-:39). Japanese POWs are seated and one is badged in front of American soldiers. Military officials confer. A military higher up enters a POW fence surrounded camp.
