I made a reproduction Swiss Sabre and called Matt Easton from Schola Gladiatoria over to come and have a look. Partly because I love the sword, partly because I haven’t seen Matt for a while, but also because it is a long sword that can be used two handed, but the guard unusually encloses both hands - does it change the way it can be used?
