Xuan Wing Chun

Loksau drill is done standing on the 2“ edge of 2“x4“ blocks (4“ off the ground) to develop awareness of balance, structure, and rooting. This will eliminate the use of upper body lean and rock against the partner’s arms as is often seen and done. Loksau should be done with consistent compressional force rather than pumping force. The consistency allows the practitioners to ALWAYS feel and read each other’s forces. The pumping creates gaps, which causes the practitioner to lose connection of the partner
