Bailiff from High Court Blocks Drive, Makes Threats to Clamp Car, Leaves Empty Handed

Bailiff from High Court Blocks Drive, Makes Threats to Clamp Car, Goes Home Empty Handed Context: The HCEO turned up with a High Court Writ for a person unknown to us. The writ allows enforcement against the party named on the writ at the enforcement address(es) given on the writ and gives no power against any other persons or property which does not belong to the judgmentdebtor. Note we have redacted parts of the video, such as personal information, names, addresses, defendant, claimant or locations as well as the ID of the Agent and the paperwork. The agent originally produced some kind of office paperwork which conveys no authority. When challenged the Agent then produced the High Court Writ underneath. Points of note; The address for enforcement specified on the writ was not our address not an address a couple of doors away which could be put down to a mistake, the enforcement address was in a totally different town which was miles away. The name of the Agent commanded to execute the Writ was not the same name given by the High Court Enforcement Agent nor that of the ID produced. There is a part two which we shall upload if there is enough interest, however it was pretty uneventful. As the events unfolded, the Agent went away empty handed. Q&A Q. The agent said there was a CCJ at this address, why not just show ID, stop making a fuss? A. There is no CCJ at this address, the judgementdebtor does not live at this address, the address(es) for enforcement was in a totally different town miles away. Did the agent have authority to be at our address - it is our opinion he did not have the authority to be on our property and on that basis we believe there was no authority to demand ID. Q. Why blank out the Agent’s registration number? A. In the same way we wanted to enjoy our hot beverage in peace, the agent may wish to enjoy his peace outside of this interaction. Q. Were you the person sought by the agent? A. No. Q. Why are some parts blurred or silenced? A. To remove any personal data. #bailiff #shaneandlisa #couples
