Canoe With Motor From A Lawnmower 20KM/H

**ALSO SEE PART 2** This is a homemade engine powered canoe. The canoe is powerd bij a Honda motor from a lawn mower. I applied a gearbox on the motor so I can put the canoe in forward, neutral and reverse. For the steering I made a rudder wich I can operate with one hand, when I push my hand forward the canoe turns left, when I push my hand backward the canoe turns right.
