Maclean, Northern New South Wales. Australia. Drive

Maclean has gone though some massive floods and the Maclean Hotel is the only one trading with others for sale or under repair some of the towns hotels were The Arglo Hotel a sub-statical stone building in the centre of town, Royal Hotel, Commercial Hotel, and a Clarence Hotel possible the Maclean Hotel now, please add comment and I will correct. The town is worthy of a day with the historic value in the buildings and local history and the Maclean Lookout which offers amazing panoramic views over the town and the district’s cane fields, east along the Clarence River to Yamba and Iluka at the river’s mouth and all along the coast.
