Laparoscopic right side pancreatectomy in a dog for insulinoma

Laparoscopic right side partial pancreatectomy for a 14 mm insulinoma. Procedure is performed with 3 ports technique. Harmonic scalpel is the selected instrument to isolate and coagulate the organ. Dog had normal glicemia in 12 hours after the surgery. Procedure is performed by Dr Federico Massari.
