Lebanese Nammoura/Maamoul Mad with Qashta - EASY, DELICIOUS SEMOLINA CAKE WITH CREAM FILLING RECIPE!

Ingredients: Cake: - cups coarse semolina - 0.5 cup sugar - cup thickened cream (or plain yogurt) - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 cup vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, etc.) - 2 eggs Cream (Qashta): - 4 cups milk - 5 slices white bread (crust removed) - 0.5 cup corn starch - 0.5 cup water - 2 tablespoons sugar - 1 tablespoon orange blossom water (option, but amazing) Sugar Syrup: - 2 cup sugar - 1 cup water - 1 tablespoon lemon juice (from lemon not bottled) Music:
