Rolling for Shoulders

UPDATE: This is now fixed, and players are getting the Shoulders. If you wasted your residuum before the fix, make a ticket and you will be refunded the Residuum. ------ Currently, there’s apparently no way to get “Mantle of Ceremonial Ascension“ from the Titan Residuum roll item. 200 rolls, no shoulders.
