Ingredients (makes 2 rotis/parathas)
(to make the dough)
3/4 cup of bajra/pearl millet flour
1/2 cup grated mooli/radish
1/2 cup chopped mooli/radish leaves
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp/1 inch piece ginger paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
1 tsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil/any oil
1/4 cup/as needed hot water to knead the flour
