Olga Smirnova receives the Alexandria Radius Prize 2024 | Dutch National Ballet

Olga Smirnova is the winner of the Alexandra Radius Prize 2024! 👏 Olga shone this past season in classical productions like Giselle (both on stage and in cinemas), but was also outstanding in the choreographies of Hans van Manen and Jiří Kylián – “as if she had done nothing else her entire life.“ Furthermore, the jury chose Olga not only because she has “distinguished herself in both classical and contemporary ballets in an exceptional and often moving way,“ but also because they wish to “honour her extraordinary courage.” The prize was personally presented by its namesake, Alexandra Radius, during the premiere of Generation Dance.
