This workout includes butt and ab excercises that will grow your glutes and let your waist slim down.
Your abs will appear after time and your booty will become bigger if you do this workout on a regular base.
Never forget that mind-muscle connection is super important for muscle growth. You can choose one of my GLUTE ACTIVATION workouts as a warm-up.
In case you want a bigger burn and make the workout harder use ankle weights, see my workout equipment below.
