I am a little sad the Pilates Challenge came to an end but don’t worry I have tons of new videos ready for you and I am working on a very special project! Pilates is my favorite workout to lengthen, sculpt and strengthen all the muscles! This Inner thigh workout was very high requested so I am excited to share it!
