Memeclone build

Cyclone with most of the weapon range and AoE. I could techniqually get more AoE by grabbing Scion AoE too, and by getting 2x prismatic’s, but I didn’t wanna los alot of dmg for 1 wep range and the scion AoE was out of reach, even with a intuitive leap.
