During my latest non-pole related injury I set myself a goal for 2017 - to be able to fluently dance the pole. How do I plan to achieve this?
1. By practicing longer combos and routines, in order to teach my brain to link moves together.
2. By focusing on transitions and details that make the dance appear fluid and beautiful.
3. By observing and learning from the best dancers.
So, I started pole dancing again by putting on a good music and trying out this beautiful spin entry into climb from Ava Madison’s combo flow tutorial. I love it!
How do you work on your fluidity?
