I thought. First, fill the bottom tank with fuel and ignite it. When the upper tank becomes hot, turn off the fire. Then immediately submerge the upper tank into a glass filled with alcohol. As the tank cools, the internal pressure drops and fuel is sucked in to fill the tank. When you ignite it again, the fuel in the upper tank will boil and blow out. A 90 degree bent pipe is installed facing forward from the top of the tank, penetrating the bottom of the tank. Therefore, the flames burst forward.
