Burpee to Target

Start the Burpee to Target with feet underneath the hips, lower down into a squat position, placing hands on the floor in front of you. Then kick your feet back into a plank position and drop down to the floor, then press up with your arms and jump to your feet forward, and jump straight up touching a target.
