ABOUT THE BOOK
Tigger comes across a signing indicating that he can only leap or bounce of “Leap Day“. With the help from Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin Tigger learns all about Leap Day! After some investigation, the team realizes the sign was put up by Rabbit who was trying to bake a cake. Rabbit was worried about Tiggers bouncing that the cakes would sink in the middle. The gangs decides to make a new rule that there will be no bouncing while Rabbit is baking and that Tigger is free to bounce any other time and on Leap Day he can bounce twice as much as usual.
