- pickled herring - 2 big fish or 4-5 fillets
- hard boiled eggs - 3 units
- onion - 1 unit
- green apple - 1 unit
- butter - 100 grams
- salt, pepper, dill (optional)
Clean the herring, remove bones and finely chop it with a knife.
Shred the eggs with a knife.
The apple and onion grate on a coarse grater.
Crumble the butter at room temperature with a knife.
Add spices to taste and mix well.
The taste should be balanced without a strong predominance of herring flavor.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
