Secretory Otitis Media in Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Bulging tympanic membrane due to fluid build up in tympanic bulla. Myringotomy performed to let fluid out and allow flushing of the middle ear cavity. Note amber coloured viscous fluid escaping when tympanic membrane ruptured.
