In this slideshow/video I explain the work done to our 1974 Honnor Marine built Drascombe Longboat Cruiser to restore her from a fairly shabby and probably dangerous day boat into a better than new condition micro cruiser.
The majority of the work was done by Andrew Oliver Shipwrights in Emsworth Marina, and the electrical work and new rigging was done by ACM Marine and Barry’s Reefing and Rigging respectively. Everyone did an outstanding job and I’d recommend them again in a heartbeat.
I hope you enjoy watching the transformation, and stay tuned for more adventures in this boat throughout the coming season!
