This video provides a simple demonstration of how to perform an Ankle Brachial Index test in at the bedside of a patient in an office or hospital. The Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) is a measure of ankle pressure divided by the pressure at the arm. The test is performed with a simple handheld Doppler and a blood pressure cuff, taking measurements at the ankle and arm.
