Cornell Red Tailed Hawk Cam ~ Chick Caught & Pulled Out Of Nest Cup
Big Red gets up from brooding & one of the I’s is caught on her and gets pulled out of the nest cup. BR stands on the side of the nest and then we see the chick is on the rails of the nest. BR starts to feed the other I’s as the chick tries to get back but is stuck on the rails. BR returns to brood and is right there to keep an eye on the baby and she preens it. She will get up and bingo- the chick scurries up and goes back underneath her and into the nest cup! All is well! Thank you for watching!
