This is my Dojyo daily routine for Gi-on Kudo classes. This is the part after warming up and basics. Kudo is very flexible and has many options, but this is the way I see it. In Kudo you have to be 80% proficient in everything (striking, grappling, ground techniques, etc.) and have some your own weapon techniques. In stand fighting Kudo for me is about speed, balance, fast adaptation to opponent’s tactics, and instant transition between striking and throwing.
Thanks for watching!
