Playing with a Moog Modular Synthesizer that my university inexplicably still owns. This thing was built some time in the mid-late 60s and lived in LA for a few decades, being used to create sound effects and music. This behemoth is one of the oldest commercially available synthesizers and is absolutely priceless (at least to me). There is nothing on earth as fat as the sound this thing produces
This synth cost somewhere around $11,000 when it was first built, which in today’s money is almost $60,
