How to create a CELL activator in the US without the Australian Floetrol? In this video, I am trying to find a cell activator that works best for me. I live in Iowa in the United States and I don’t want to spend a lot of money on Australian Fletrol, so I am experimenting with MinWax Wood Conditioner and Floetrol vs Fletrol and Water as mixes with my Amsterdam Paint.
