John Beargrease Dog Sled Marathon Pt 3

The John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon is the preeminent mushing event in the lower 48 states. Held annually, 1000’s of fans-mushers-dogs and trainers travel from around the world to Duluth Minnesota, the starting line of this grueling event. Mushing teams race for 100’s of miles up and down Lake Superiors Sawtooth Mountains challenged by foreboding terrain and weather. This race is considered the premier qualifier for the Alaskan Iditarod.
