Morildraugen is an ambient black metal from Denmark, with a sound of cosmic mysticism and nihilistic ambience not dissimilar to compatriots Nortt, or Sweden’s Tyrant Moon. Thanatophobia is the project’s debut full length album that combines the individual tracks the artist has been sowing into the cosmos since the start of the year into a chilling fabric of shimmering raw atmospherics. She has an internet presence that is as minimal as her music too – just a Bandcamp to host the tracks, in stark monochrome.
