Henri Mulet’s Carillon-Sortie at St Ouen

Carillon-Sortie by Henri Mulet (1878-1967) recorded in St Ouen, Rouen by Andreas Meisner. Mulet studied at the Paris Conservatoire with Widor and Guilmant. He wrote relatively few works, his most popular being the toccata ’Tu us Petrus’ from the Esquisses Byzantines. The organ needs no introduction, except to say its Cavaillé-Coll’s masterpiece IMHO.
