as I am always saying: strong core is key to become that OVERALL FIT.
This 20 MINS ABS / CORE routine you can just do for itself, but also before or after another main workout. It is also a good one to start your day right!
Remember to maintain a proper form while doing every exercise. Don’t cheat on yourself and make sure to avoid injuries. 🤍
Workout details:
*duration: 20 Min total
*you only need a mat
*20 different exercises, no repeat
*45 sec of work, 15 sec of rest
