Romanian of origin, Elena Mindru met jazz music as a singer at the age of 15, after briefly experiencing the Romanian traditional vocal music. In 2007 she was admitted to Berklee College of Music, Boston, USA, but she couldn’t attend this opportunity because of financial reasons. Hence, Elena continued her musical studies at “Gh.
